We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Disability Support Worker to join our Community Inclusion Services team at Yooralla. As a Disability Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting adults with disability to live independently and participate fully in their communities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support individuals with disability to achieve their goals and live independently
  • Assist with daily living and personal care needs, including meal preparation, personal hygiene, and mobility
  • Accompany individuals to appointments, events, and activities in the community
  • Work collaboratively with a diverse team to provide high-quality support services

Requirements:
