Lead Breakfast Service Chef

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Breakfast Service Chef to spearhead our daily breakfast operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute daily breakfast services, ensuring seamless kitchen operations.
  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef and Head Chef in developing menus, ordering supplies, and managing stock levels.
  • Supervise, train, and motivate the breakfast kitchen team to achieve exceptional performance.
  • Maintain rigorous food safety, hygiene, and quality standards across all kitchen areas.
  • Support rostering, scheduling, and cost management initiatives to optimize kitchen efficiency.
  • Deliver innovative, seasonal, and high-quality breakfast dishes that exceed customer expectations.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Senior Chef de Partie or Sous Chef in a high-volume or premium setting.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Able to thrive under pressure and maintain exceptionally high standards.
  • Thorough knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
