Breakfast Chef Position

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Breakfast Chef to lead our breakfast service team.

This is a dynamic and challenging role that requires strong leadership and organizational skills, as well as the ability to thrive under pressure and maintain high standards.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead daily breakfast service ensuring smooth kitchen operations.
  • Support the Executive Chef in menu planning ordering and stock control.
  • Supervise train and motivate the breakfast kitchen team.
  • Maintain food safety hygiene and quality standards.
  • Assist with rostering scheduling and managing kitchen costs.
  • Deliver creative seasonal and high-quality breakfast dishes.
Requirements

To be successful in this role you will need:

  • Previous experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie in a high-volume or premium setting.
  • Strong leadership and organisational skills.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and maintain high standards.
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
