Lead Breakfast Operations and Assist with Conferences and Events
About the RoleThe breakfast operations lead is responsible for overseeing morning service, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and maintaining brand standards.
Key Responsibilities- Lead breakfast operations, including supervising staff, managing inventory, and maintaining quality control
- Assist with conferences and events as required, providing support with setup, execution, and teardown
- Liaise with kitchen staff to ensure high-quality food presentation and consistency
- Mentor and train Food & Beverage team members in breakfast operations and customer service skills
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Experience in breakfast operations, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop teams
- A strong focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences, with attention to detail and a commitment to quality
- The ability to work varied shifts, including early mornings, weekends, and public holidays
- Availability to work flexibly, with a willingness to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
