Lead Breakfast Chef

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Chef to lead our breakfast shift, including a full buffet breakfast and live omelet station.

This role is ideal for someone who is self-motivated, enthusiastic, and has a love for fresh food and professional kitchen standards.

  2. Oversee and lead the breakfast shift.">
  3. Prepare and present food according to Brand Standard guidelines.">
  4. Maintain high standards of food preparation, presentation, and cooking techniques.">
  5. Interact with guests, ensuring excellent customer service and memorable dining experiences.">
  6. Support stock control, including daily monitoring and reporting stock needs to the Head Chef.">
  7. Ensure strict stock rotation and aim for minimal wastage.">
  8. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in all kitchen areas in accordance with Health & Safety and HACCP standards.">
  9. Take responsibility for the smooth operation of an assigned kitchen section.">
  10. Assist in food preparation for breakfast buffet and function services.">

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Breakfast Chef.">
  • Excellent knife skills and a passion for fresh, quality food.">
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.">

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our breakfast shift, preparing and presenting food to brand standard, and maintaining high standards of food preparation, presentation, and cooking techniques. The ideal candidate will have excellent knife skills, a passion for fresh, quality food, and strong communication and organisational skills.
