Key Responsibilities
  • Lead daily breakfast service operations to ensure smooth kitchen processes and high-quality food delivery.
  • Support the Executive Chef in menu planning, ordering, and stock control to maintain efficiency and quality standards.
  • Supervise, train, and motivate the breakfast kitchen team to achieve optimal performance.
  • Maintain strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and quality protocols.
  • Assist with rostering, scheduling, and managing kitchen costs to optimize resource allocation.
  • Develop and implement creative, seasonal, and high-quality breakfast dishes that exceed customer expectations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Previous experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie in a high-volume or premium setting.
  • Proven leadership and organisational skills to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and maintain high standards in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices to ensure compliance and excellence.
