Nestled in the heart of the Macedon Ranges wine country, Cleveland Winery Estate is a destination renowned for weddings, conferences, and elegant dining experiences. As part of the award-winning Lancemore Hotel Group, we're looking for a talented casual Breakfast Cook to join our kitchen team.

As a Breakfast Cook — this is a great opportunity to work in a scenic & supportive environment.

About the Role

You'll work as part of our kitchen team to deliver high-quality breakfast meals across restaurant service and large-scale functions including weddings and corporate events.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Prepare and cook breakfast dishes for the dining room
  • Restock and present our country breakfast buffet
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organised work area
  • Manage kitchen ordering and inventory for breakfast service
  • Adapt to changing service demands and team needs
  • Assist afternoon teams with prep for the following shifts

What We're Looking For

  • Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or higher) is essential
  • Experience in similar roles is highly regarded
  • Understanding of Australian food safety and HACCP principles
  • Calm under pressure with a reliable, can-do attitude
  • Availability across weekdays, weekends, and public holidays (as rostered)
  • Work rights in Australia
