About the Role

Crossmark Australia is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Account Manager to join our team. As a Sales and Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients in the Independent Grocery space.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients to identify new opportunities and grow existing business.
  • Merchandising and Activation: Collaborate with our clients to create and execute effective merchandising and activation strategies to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Account Management: Manage and maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales performance, and marketing initiatives.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and expand our client base.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Communicate effectively with our clients, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2+ years of sales or customer service experience in the FMCG industry, with a focus on Independent Grocery.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office, email, and CRM systems.
  • Personal Qualities: Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
