About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and exceptional communicator to join our team as a People Services Coordinator. As a key member of our HR team, you will play a critical role in supporting the delivery of business initiatives aimed at improving Workplace Culture, Performance, and Diversity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Employee Support: Provide timely and accurate support to employees on people and culture matters, including processing employee letters, internal transfer requests, contracts, and changes to organizational structure.
  • HR Administration: Assist with employee management, including performance review support, allowance calculations, service recognition, and termination.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Create reports for HR partners on a weekly and monthly basis to track key performance indicators.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and Centres of Expertise (COEs) to deliver key people projects.
  • System Navigation: Assist and navigate multiple HR/Payroll systems to ensure seamless employee experience.
  • Escalation and Resolution: Escalate employee queries, concerns, and grievances expediently and with high accuracy.
Key Capabilities
  • HR Administration Experience: Demonstrated experience in a high-volume HR administration role.
  • Industry Knowledge: Previous experience working in Retail or similar industry.
  • Communication and Technical Skills: Highly developed communication and intermediate Excel skills.
  • Relationship Building: A proven ability to manage, maintain, and strengthen stakeholder relationships.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work in a multi-disciplinary, collaborative, fast-paced retail environment.
