Career Opportunity: Customer Engagement Strategist
We seek an experienced professional to contribute to the development and execution of customer-centric campaigns, leveraging data-driven insights to drive brand loyalty.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute targeted campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring seamless end-to-end processes from strategy to post-campaign analysis.
- Design, test, and launch personalized communications through a leading marketing automation platform, upholding high standards in QA, segmentation, and dynamic content setup.
- Execute complex campaigns utilizing advanced segmentation tools to deliver tailored journeys, driving engagement and conversion.
- Monitor campaign performance using dashboards and reports, identifying actionable insights to inform future campaigns and optimize results.
- Contribute to the evolution of customer loyalty programs, developing innovative messaging and uncovering new opportunities for retention and growth.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years' experience in a CRM or Loyalty role within e-commerce or retail.
- Proven expertise in customer journeys, segmentation, A/B testing, and triggered messaging.
- Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms is preferred but not essential.
- A strong analytical mindset, capable of interpreting campaign results and providing actionable insights.
