We are seeking an experienced and skilled CRM Strategist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and executing customer relationship management strategies across multiple channels, including email, social media, and web notifications.

Job Description
  • Maintain and optimise Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform to drive customer engagement and revenue growth.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive CRM strategies that enhance customer experience and drive business results.
  • Analyse customer data to identify trends and insights, and develop targeted campaigns to increase customer loyalty and retention.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of CRM initiatives.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to leverage your expertise to shape our customer relationship management strategy and drive business outcomes.

Requirements
  • Possess a related degree or at least 5 years' experience in CRM management, with a proven track record of driving business results through customer-centric strategies.
  • Have experience building and optimising EDM, SMS, and web/push strategies, with a deep understanding of how to leverage these channels to drive customer engagement and conversion.
  • Be well-versed in using Google Analytics to measure campaign effectiveness and inform future strategy.
  • Have a strong analytical mindset and be able to interpret complex data sets to inform customer-centric decision making.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.
