About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Customer Service Officer to join our team at Brisbane Airport.

The role reports directly to the Transport Shift Manager and Team Leader, offering a casual opportunity to work 20 plus hours per week with potential for permanency in the future.

You will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, providing direction and information to both passengers and commercial partners on and around our roadways pickup and drop-off areas.

Your key duties include directing passengers to the right locations, allocating taxis to departing customers, and managing traffic to ensure a seamless landside operation experience.

To excel in this role, you will need to demonstrate honesty, reliability, friendliness, and good communication skills. You must also have the ability to follow instructions, work cooperatively with colleagues and supervisors, and comply with all corporate policies and procedures.
