  • Welcome passengers at the terminal counter
  • Compare passenger data with ticket information
  • Issue boarding passes
  • Educate passengers on airport security protocols
  • Direct passengers to gates safely
  • Represent Airline and Star to high standards ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Operate equipment safely
  • Perform Boarding Gate duties including announcements
  • Maintain a safe and secure environment during Passenger Marshalling
  • Assist wheelchair-bound passengers
  • Complete relevant documentation
  • Provide accurate information
  • Operate lifting devices
  • Transfer wheelchair passengers between devices
  • Collect equipment from around the airport
  • Assist customers finding family or friends collecting them
