**Customer Service Representative Role Summary:**

This role involves working as part of a high-performing team, where you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth dispatch and arrival of flights at an Australian airport.

Key responsibilities include welcoming passengers and assisting with check-in and boarding, coordinating passenger movement between the terminal and aircraft, managing flight paperwork, manifests, invoicing, cargo bookings, and other administrative tasks. You will also manage the operations on-call phone and email, handle freight, animal transport, and special requests, and perform various administrative duties and data entry using Microsoft Office and specialized software.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of two years' experience in a customer-facing role is required.
  • You should possess a strong sense of initiative and problem-solving ability.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this position.
  • The ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment is also necessary.
  • You must have a strong attention to detail and accuracy in your work.
  • A Dangerous Goods Certificate or willingness to obtain one is mandatory.
  • Eligibility to obtain an Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC) is also required.
