Embracing the role of Passenger Service Delivery Agent presents an exceptional opportunity to thrive in a dynamic environment at Brisbane International Airport. With Dnata leading the way, you will be part of a passionate team that sets the standard for ground services.

As a key member of our team, your primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional customer service to client airlines while meeting all relevant requirements. You will be required to carry out passenger check-in duties and other passenger services commensurate with the airline, complete necessary paperwork on time, and report as per service delivery agreements and company requirements.

You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with OH & S Regulations and Company OH & S Policies to guarantee the safety of passengers and employees, taking corrective action where necessary. Furthermore, you will be expected to report incidents immediately and maintain awareness of obligations involved in reporting incidents.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Deliver exceptional customer service for client airlines and ensure all customer service requirements are met
  • Carry out passenger check-in duties and other passenger services commensurate with the airline
  • Complete necessary paperwork on time and report as per service delivery agreements and company requirements
  • Assist passengers during disrupted or delayed services that require special assistance
  • Ensure compliance with OH & S Regulations and Company OH & S Policies to ensure safety of passengers and employees; take corrective action where required
  • Report incidents immediately and maintain awareness of obligations involved in reporting incidents
  • Follow procedures within regulations set by individual client airlines

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Valid driver's license
  • Basic - Intermediate computer skills
  • Excellent communication skills - Verbal and Written
  • High level of customer service skills
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in customer service oriented role
