At Brisbane International Airport, we're seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team in Airport Operations. As a Passenger Services Delivery Agent, you'll play a vital role in ensuring timely and efficient passenger service functions.

Main Responsibilities
  • Delivering Excellent Customer Experiences: Provide high-quality customer service to all client airlines, meeting customer service requirements in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Passenger Check-in Duties: Carry out passenger check-in duties and other responsibilities commensurate with the passenger service for customer airlines.
  • Compliance and Reporting: Ensure necessary paperwork is completed on time and reporting is done as per service delivery agreements and company requirements.
  • Assisting Passengers: Assist passengers with special needs, such as those in wheelchairs, during disrupted or delayed services.
  • Safety and Compliance: Maintain compliance with OH & S Regulations and Company OH & S Policies to ensure safety of passengers and employees.
  • Incident Reporting: Report incidents immediately and maintain awareness of obligations involved in reporting incidents.
  • Building Relationships: Build strong working relationships with airport staff and client airline employees/delegates.
