We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Event Floor Supervisor to join our Event Services team at The Star Gold Coast. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising and guiding team members, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high performance standards.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Supervise and train team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Oversee and manage the event floor service flow, ensuring seamless operations and high-quality service delivery.
- Provide feedback and coaching to team members to improve performance and productivity.
- Collaborate with the Assistant Floor Manager to ensure smooth business operations and achieve departmental goals.
- Monitor and maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and team members.
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience in a hospitality or events management role, with a strong focus on customer service and team management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with team members and guests.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
- Valid Responsible Service of Alcohol accreditation.
