We are seeking an experienced Bell Captain to join our team at The Star Brisbane. As a key member of our concierge team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth arrival and departure of our guests, while providing exceptional customer service and fostering a positive working relationship with our team members.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the Hotel Porter and Doorman team to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Coordinate the arrival and departure of guests, including luggage and vehicle handling
- Provide accurate information on hotel services and facilities, as well as local attractions and events
- Foster positive working relationships across all departments at The Star Brisbane
- Assist the Chief Concierge with rostering, training, and communications
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Experience as a Bell Captain or similar role in a five-star property (desirable)
- QLD Driver's Licence with a clean driving record
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
We are looking for an experienced hotel professional with a proven track record of delivering exceptional guest experiences. You should be passionate about leading and developing successful teams, and possess a collaborative and welcoming approach. As we move to The Star Brisbane, you will play a critical role in shaping the success of our hotel operations.
