Policy Analyst Role Overview

We are seeking a Policy Analyst to join our team. This is an entry-level opportunity to gain hands-on experience in public policy and government relations.

The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated interest in politics, public policy, or government through previous internships, volunteering, student politics, or research projects.

This role involves working closely with senior consultants in a fast-paced environment focused on political strategy and advocacy.

Responsibilities:
  • Monitor government policy, programs, announcements, and stakeholder issues
  • Identify relevant trends and insights in the political landscape
  • Contribute to stakeholder engagement projects and maintain up-to-date intelligence for clients
  • Draft policy briefs, research summaries, and submissions for internal and external audiences
  • Support high-quality written outputs, including client presentations and digital content updates
  • Assist with meeting preparation, calendar coordination, and formatting of key materials
  • Collaborate with consultants on research and deliverables across portfolios
  • Maintain internal systems, databases, and digital assets to ensure seamless operations
Qualifications & Experience:
  • A degree in a related field, such as politics, law, economics, or international relations
  • Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail when conducting research or interpreting policy developments
  • Experience managing competing priorities in a fast-paced or deadline-driven environment
