Public Policy Professional

This role offers a unique opportunity to shape our approach to public policy and regulatory matters across Australia and New Zealand.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing regulatory compliance, developing government submissions, leading training programs, and partnering with industry associations to strengthen reputation and develop campaigns.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to join our team and contribute to the development of our public policy strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage regulatory compliance for the development and promotion of products.
  • Develop and deliver government submissions on public policy matters.
  • Lead training for teams on regulatory codes and obligations.
  • Partner with industry associations to strengthen reputation and develop campaigns.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure consistent messaging.
About You:
  • Be degree qualified, ideally with a background in law, public policy, communications or corporate affairs.
  • Have minimum 5 years' experience in regulatory, corporate affairs, communications or government environments.
  • Possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Be skilled in interpreting regulatory codes and drafting high-quality submissions.
  • Be confident in dealing with complexity and competing priorities.
  • Have experience delivering training and building capability across teams.
