We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Volunteer Support Officer.

Job Description

As a Volunteer Support Officer, you will play a vital role in providing support to volunteer units during scheduled training, unit meetings and other unit or regional activities. This may involve working out of hours, including weekends and travel.

Our team is responsible for responding to emergencies such as floods, storms, earthquakes, tsunamis, landslides, and other critical events. As a Volunteer Support Officer, you will work closely with our highly skilled and equipped volunteers to provide assistance and support during these times.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing support to volunteer units during scheduled training, unit meetings and other unit or regional activities
  • Working out of hours, including weekends and travel
  • Assisting with emergency response activities as required
