About the Role

The Administration Manager oversees and guides a team, providing high-level support to the Emergency Department. This includes working closely with the Clinical Director and Nurse Unit Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Roster management for all staff in emergency.
  • Support for medical staff recruitment.
  • Development of reports for Australasian college for Emergency medicine regarding training programs.
  • Coordination and responsibility for department meetings, including minutes and agenda management.
  • Screens and attends to confidential inquiries, ensuring follow-up action is taken.

Closely works with NUM and director of emergency in daily management of the emergency department.
