Job Title: Medical Response Coordinator

The Medical Response Coordinator is responsible for providing leadership and support to the paramedic team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead regular clinical audits of the paramedic team to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes to scope of practice and implement updates as necessary.
  • Respond promptly and effectively to medical emergencies, including overdose situations.
  • Manage harm reduction supplies and Naloxone kits to ensure they are always available.
  • Provide first aid and medical assistance to staff and volunteers as needed.
  • Train staff in Naloxone administration at all locations.

To be successful in this role, you will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to remain calm under pressure. You will also have strong organizational skills and be able to manage complex medical situations effectively.

Qualifications and Requirements:
