Key Account Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team in a customer-facing role.

About the Role:

  • Maintaining and growing existing client relationships through regular visits and exceptional service delivery

  • Supporting the sales team with onboarding new clients and ensuring seamless integration into our services
  • Reporting and maintaining accurate records, adhering to organizational guidelines
  • Collaborating with the Service Delivery team to ensure high-quality service standards are met
