Client Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Client Support Specialist to assist our clients with their care needs. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, conducting in-home assessments, and developing customized care plans tailored to meet the specific requirements of each individual.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years experience handling high-volume customer inquiries, collaborating with schedulers, and supporting administrative staff with recruitment, training, and performance management of caregivers and nurses.
The role involves:
- Responding to complex client queries via telephone and internet
- Collaborating with the scheduler to efficiently manage service delivery for our clients
- Supporting administrative personnel in various aspects of caregiver and nurse management
The successful candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, empathy, and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients, their families, and caregivers
- Assessment and Planning: Conducting in-home assessments, identifying client needs, and developing personalized care plans
- Service Coordination: Collaborating with the scheduler to ensure seamless service delivery and timely response to client queries
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role or industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
