Position:Marketing & Client Growth Specialist - Mental Health and Disability Support

Hours:Part-time, 20–25 hours per week

Pay Rate:Commensurate with experience

Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and relationship-driven Marketing & Client Growth Specialist to help us expand our impact. This part-time role offers 20–25 hours per week, with the flexibility to work from home combined with travel to meet potential and current clients in their homes, attend networking events, and connect with community partners. You will focus on implementing effective marketing strategies, growing our client base, and maintaining strong, meaningful relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing initiatives to promote our services and strengthen our community presence.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to connect with potential clients, support coordinators, and partner organisations.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients, their families, and referrers, including in-person visits to homes and community settings.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to create targeted campaigns that align with our mission and values.
  • Represent RE Support & Coaching at networking events, expos, and community engagements.
  • Track and report on marketing and relationship-building outcomes.

Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 1 year experience in the NDIS sector (essential).
  • Diploma in Marketing, Business Development, or relevant field (essential).
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives.
  • Passion for mental health advocacy and supporting people with psychosocial and physical disabilities.
  • Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle (for travel to client homes and events).
