We're on the lookout for a motivated Business Growth and Development Expert to join our team. With over 13 years of industry experience and a strong national network, we've built a solid reputation for delivering fast, flexible and hassle-free finance.

As a Business Growth and Development Expert, you'll take ownership of driving new business, expanding market presence, and building strong relationships with mortgage brokers, financial advisers, accountants, real estate agents, and other introducers.

You'll also be the face of our business at networking events, conferences, and trade shows, representing a fast-growing and well-backed lender in the bridging finance space.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Business Development Manager
  • Financial services, Real Estate / Property, or Professional Services background
  • Strong networking, communication, and presentation skills
  • High energy, self-motivated, and results-driven mindset
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment
