Job Opportunity: Pacific Sales Leadership

As a senior leader, you will be responsible for establishing market goals and objectives, managing the sales team, and developing strategic business plans to drive high sales growth in the Pacific.
You will work closely with regional and global senior leaders to determine business needs and drive our Pacific operation's performance in the mid to long term, consistent with corporate values and strategies.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced executive with excellent leadership skills, people management expertise, and a track record of implementing business strategies and fostering relationships internally and externally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish Pacific market goals and objectives, both short-term and long-term, aligned with our corporate vision to grow the Pacific organization and market.
- Lead and influence effectively across the Pacific region, developing strong relationships locally, regionally, and globally within a matrix organization.
- Manage and formally lead the Pacific sales team, developing strategic and operational business plans to identify and pursue new sales opportunities and drive high sales growth in the Pacific.
- Develop effective working relationships with key stakeholders in the enterprise sector and government to further our agenda of cloud-first technology policies, new logos, and business model transformation through digital technology.
- Create a robust partner ecosystem and execute customer/partner activation strategies & integrated programs that maximize profitable, recurring business growth while increasing long-term value.
- Represent us in the Pacific market, ensuring full control and compliance in how business is conducted; acts consistently with our values, integrity, and leads by example.
Essential Requirements:
- 15+ years of proven experience as a senior executive in a matrixed organization, successfully leading with formal and informal authority as a country leader.
- Thought leadership, imagination, and creativity, having the conceptual ability to develop new ideas and put them into practice. Clear vision and ability to align and motivate people behind the vision.
- Collaboration and teamwork skills, mobilizing people and resources across the organization into cross-functional teams and delivering specific projects.
- An innovative out-of-the-box thinker with strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities, handling multi-faceted industrial verticals and domains at end-user level ranging from Oil & Gas, Mining, Chemical, EPC, Manufacturing, Power, and Infrastructure.
- Strong commercial skills, especially in sales and enterprise account management, ideally selling software solutions serving owner/operators, EPCs, and/or design consultants or B2B solutions with long sales cycles.
- Strong leadership skills, leading a diverse team with impact, aspiration, curiosity, and trust.
- Effective communication, clearly conveying strategies, ideas, and issues across all levels within the organization and across different work streams.
- An excellent network in the industry at the level of top decision-makers - both in the public sector as well as commercial enterprises.
Vision for this role:
- Work closely with regional and global senior leaders to determine business needs, drive Pacific's performance in the mid to long term, consistent with corporate values, strategies, and objectives.
- Build strong internal and external networks, maximizing engagement with key stakeholders.
- Provide excellent leadership in shaping and steering the Pacific team to achieve our mission and vision.
- This role will formally manage the Pacific sales team and provide matrix country leadership guidance to local cross-functional organizations to drive Pacific's performance.
- With a strong entrepreneurial mindset, build a strong local presence in the Pacific by curating a strategic plan for our organization, focusing on improving customer diagnostics, forming strong relationships across the broader regional ecosystem, key clients, and strategic local partners.
- You will work with cross-functional leadership in the Pacific to build a strong, highly motivated, and capable team on the ground, attract best talent, ultimately leading to a positive customer experience and making us an attractive organization for the talent pool.
Other Information:
- It is expected that travel to clients, partners, prospects, our offices (including overseas) will be a normal requirement of successfully executing this role.
