Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned sales leader to spearhead our Pacific region operations. As Vice President of Sales, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team to drive business growth and achieve market objectives.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership and commercial skills, with a proven track record in managing complex sales teams and developing strategic business plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish market goals and objectives, both short-term and long-term, to drive business growth in the Pacific region.
  • Lead and influence cross-functional teams to achieve business outcomes.
  • Manage and develop a high-performing sales team to drive revenue growth.
  • Develop and execute strategic business plans to identify and pursue new sales opportunities.

Requirements:

  • 15+ years of experience as a senior executive in a matrixed organization.
  • Proven track record of success in leading complex sales teams and developing strategic business plans.
  • Excellent leadership and commercial skills, with a strong understanding of the sales process.
  • Able to work effectively in a cross-functional environment and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
