
Sales Director

We are seeking a senior executive to lead our Pacific sales team. The ideal candidate will have excellent commercial leadership skills, experience in implementing business strategies and fostering business relationships, internally and externally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish market goals and objectives, both short-term and long-term, to drive high sales growth in Pacific.
- Lead and influence effectively across Pacific with informal authority, developing collaborative relationships locally, regionally and globally in a matrix organization.
- Manage the Pacific sales team, develop strategic and operational business plans to identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
- Develop effective senior executive level working relationships within the enterprise sector and with government to further our agenda of digital transformation.
- Develop a robust partner ecosystem and execute customer/partner activation strategies to maximize profitable, recurring business growth.
Skill Requirements:
- 15+ years of proven track record as a senior executive in a matrixed organization, leading with formal and informal authority as a country leader.
- Thought leadership, conceptual ability to develop new ideas and put them into practice, clear vision and ability to align and motivate people behind the vision.
- Collaboration and team player skills, able to mobilize people and resources across the organization into cross-functional teams.
- Innovative problem solving abilities, extensive experience in handling multi-faceted industrial verticals and domains at end user level.
- Strong commercial skills, especially in sales and enterprise account management, ideally selling software solutions serving owner/operators, EPCs and/or design consultants or B2B solutions with long sales cycles.
