LET'S DISCUSS YOUR ROLE -

Collaborating with local and regional teams, along with the asset and small order coordinator, you will ensure that assets are upheld to the required quality standards. Additionally, you will manage small orders, including spare parts, in accordance with Siemens Energy's established protocols, providing guidance and support for local projects.

Your Qualifications

  • A tertiary qualification in business administration, supply chain management, or a related discipline, or in the electrical field.
  • Demonstrated experience in service asset management and order management.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities, with a knack for prioritizing and multitasking.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and vendors.
  • Proficient in handling commercial-related matters.
  • Capable of effective communication within local and regional teams.
  • Adaptable and willing to navigate unpredictable situations.
  • A positive mindset towards working in a challenging environment and embracing a high-performance culture.
  • Proficient in IT tools, including Microsoft, SAP, Salesforce, etc.

Your Responsibilities

  • Oversee and maintain service assets such as tools, testing equipment, and tool containers to guarantee their availability and functionality for field service specialists.
  • Develop and implement processes for tracking, maintaining, and repairing service assets to minimize downtime and ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Coordinate with field service specialists, project management teams, and sales teams to ensure timely availability and logistical arrangements of necessary tools and equipment for service operations.
  • Maintain precise records of service assets, orders, and inventory, generating reports as required for management review.
  • Manage order processes for spare parts, consumables, and tools, including identifying needs, placing orders, tracking deliveries, and overseeing inventory levels.
  • Collaborate closely with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of spare parts and consumables.
  • This is a full-time office-based role.
