About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Order Fulfillment Specialist to join our team at Everi Holdings Inc. in Sydney, Australia. As an Order Fulfillment Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our sales and customer support functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide sales and account support, and follow up on customer payments
  • Update and maintain the CRM system
  • Serve as a point of contact for sales, including providing price quotations
  • Identify and suggest business improvement processes
  • Organize transport for deliveries and returns
  • Assist with month-end processes, including RMA communications and details of account balances
  • Invoice customers, banking duties, and follow up on payments
  • Serve as a liaison with internal teams and customers
  • Support the wider admin team as required
About You

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • TAFE qualifications in Business Administration
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in a similar role, or background in Accounts Receivable
  • Meticulous attention to detail and good time management skills
  • Exposure to Fishbowl, Reckon, or MYOB
  • A cheerful disposition with good verbal and written communication skills, and phone etiquette
