About the Role

As a Senior Product Manager, you'll own and drive high-impact product initiatives that shape core experiences of Kick - from viewer interaction to creator tools and platform capabilities. You'll lead the product strategy and roadmap for one of our core product pillars, working closely with engineering, design, data, and go-to-market teams to build scalable, user-focused solutions.

This is a high-ownership role for a senior product thinker who combines strategic vision, technical fluency, and relentless execution. You'll collaborate with world-class engineers, designers, and operators in a fast-moving environment where impact happens daily.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for one or more of Kick's core product areas
• Lead cross-functional teams to design, build, and deliver high-impact, scalable features
• Establish success metrics and use data, user research, and rapid experimentation to drive iteration
• Align stakeholders across product, engineering, marketing, support, and leadership
• Balance long-term product quality with short-term delivery velocity
• Advocate for creators and viewers with a deep sense of customer empathy
• Act as a force multiplier for product quality, pace, and innovation across the organization

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in product management in high-growth tech environments
• A proven track record of shipping products end-to-end in a high-growth environment
• Strong technical fluency; comfortable collaborating closely with engineering teams
• Data-driven with excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Exceptional communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous, and constantly evolving environments
