Operational Excellence Leader

This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing all operational activities, including supply chain, production, aftermarket, and compliance. The successful candidate will ensure the delivery of high-quality, efficient services aligned with our mission and strategic vision.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop a skilled, motivated workforce across supply chain and production, fostering a quality-first mindset and a success-oriented team culture.
  • Manage and continuously improve the operations functions, including quality, supply chain, production, and logistics.
  • Oversee the entire manufacturing process, from raw materials to customer delivery, including supplier qualifications and management of service providers.
  • Develop and execute strategic short- and long-term plans for operational growth and efficiency.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality, reduce waste, boost service levels, and improve financial performance.
Qualifications:
  • Degree or master's in operations and/or supply chain (required).
  • Lean or six sigma certification (if in process, will also be considered).
  • Engineering degree (desirable).
Experience:
  • 10+ years' work experience, ideally in a multinational organization, and in a heavily regulated manufacturing company, defence or automotive.
  • 6 - 10 years' experience as a production manager, operations manager, or supply chain manager, or similar field.
  • Proven ability to balance strategic vision and pragmatic operations.

This role requires a high level of integrity, discretion, and motivation with a strong willingness to learn. The successful candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, capable of developing multiple implementation options to address issues.
