About the Role

This is a key leadership position that combines strategy, people management, and sector impact. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will provide strategic leadership across two nationally recognised initiatives: Seniors Law and Self-Representation Law.

Your primary objective will be to drive program growth and innovation, ensuring both programs are high-quality, accessible, and scalable. You will work closely with stakeholders to strengthen partnerships with health, aged care, courts, tribunals, and regulators.

You will also lead a team of managers and lawyers, fostering a safe, inclusive, and high-performing culture. Additionally, you will manage budgets, workforce planning, risk, and funding relationships with government and philanthropic partners.

As a member of the executive leadership team, you will contribute to Justice Connect's broader strategic and reform agenda. This role requires a law degree and eligibility to practice in Australia (preferred). You should have 5+ years post-admission experience in public interest, civil justice, elder law, or community legal practice.

You must have proven leadership in program design, service delivery, evaluation, and growth. Your experience collaborating with courts, regulators, funders, and community partners is essential. Strong track records in managing diverse teams, budgets, and funding arrangements are required.
