Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead our high-performing team and drive technical excellence. The successful candidate will be responsible for building a world-class team, raising the bar on technical excellence, improving delivery quality and speed, and leading us towards Continuous Delivery.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading teams to improve quality and speed through technical and process change. They will also have depth in distributed systems and data integrity at scale, as well as experience with skill planning and delivering sprints with Product and Tech Leads.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Previously a Senior+ IC before moving into management.
  • 2+ years experience in Engineering Management.
  • Proven record leading teams to improve quality and speed through technical + process change.
  • Depth in distributed systems and data integrity at scale.
  • Skill planning and delivering sprints with Product and Tech Leads, balancing new work, enhancements, bugs, and maintenance.
  • Degree in CS or equivalent experience.
