About the Job
  • Lead and oversee inventory control, ensuring accurate stock management and minimising discrepancies.
  • Drive pricing uniformity across all branches to maintain consistency and competitiveness.
  • Manage data input and cleansing processes to improve data quality and reporting accuracy.
  • Conduct regular OH&S audits and compliance checks, ensuring a safe and compliant workplace.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to upskill staff and standardise best practices across the business.
  • Support the e-commerce development, integrating new systems and processes for efficiency and growth.
  • Oversee asset maintenance to ensure longevity and optimal performance of company equipment.
  • Streamline branch processes and efficiencies to improve productivity and customer service.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in an operations management or similar leadership role in the electrical or plumbing industries.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management, compliance, and process improvement.
  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities across different business areas.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills to drive change and support team development.
  • Familiarity with OH&S standards and compliance requirements.
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms and systems integration will be highly regarded.
