Operations Director Role

The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in operational management, driving efficiency and growth within a fast-paced electrical wholesaler environment.

About the Position

This key leadership role reports directly to the General Manager and plays a pivotal part in ensuring consistency, accuracy, and efficiency across all branches. The Operations Director will be responsible for overseeing critical operational functions, implementing improvements, and providing strategic support for business growth.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Inventory Management: Lead and oversee inventory control processes, ensuring accurate stock management and minimizing discrepancies.
  • Pricing Consistency: Drive pricing consistency across all branches to maintain competitiveness and uniformity.
  • Data Quality and Reporting: Manage data input and cleansing processes to improve data quality and reporting accuracy.
  • Audit and Compliance: Conduct regular audits and compliance checks to ensure a safe and compliant workplace.
  • Staff Development: Develop and deliver training programs to upskill staff and standardize best practices across the business.
  • E-Commerce Integration: Support e-commerce development, integrating new systems and processes for efficiency and growth.
