Job Title: Quality Compliance SpecialistWe are seeking a highly skilled Quality Compliance Specialist to join our team. This dynamic position is responsible for ensuring the integrity of nationally recognised training programs within a Registered Training Organisation (RTO).The successful candidate will ensure all training is delivered in alignment with our Scope of Registration and industry standards. Key responsibilities include:• Conducting RTO inductions and responding to quality and compliance queries• Facilitating validation sessions with confidence and professionalism• Maintaining high standards across training delivery• Coordinating stakeholder feedback and supporting audits• Assisting in the development of training resources• Managing mandatory RTO reporting• Liaising with workplace trainers and ensuring data integrityWe require a candidate with demonstrated expertise in learning and development, including the evaluation and review of adult learning programs.The ideal candidate will be well-versed in industry standards and experienced in supporting compliance audits.A Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE) qualification or higher is desirable.Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential for this role.A high degree of organisation, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing priorities is also required.This role involves leveraging learning technologies within the VET sector.About UsWe strive to provide safe, customer-focused, integrated, and efficient transport services that align with our core values.Our five core values are safety, respect, recognition, integrity, and sustainability.
