Job Description

The Senior Process Officer role plays a key part in maintaining the Quality Assurance team's operational efficiency. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining process documents to ensure quality assurance review findings are incorporated into these documents.

About the Role

This position requires a proactive approach to continuously evaluating practices and procedures within the Regulatory Operations Division (ROD). Position duties include:

  • Develop, review and continuously improve ROD's operational process documents to ensure compliance with legislative, financial and administrative frameworks.
  • Contribute to the development and review of Commission-wide policies and resources, providing high-quality input that incorporates operational insights, legislative understanding and stakeholder perspectives.
  • Maintain various ROD registers, ensuring accuracy, accessibility and compliance with recordkeeping and governance standards.
  • Develop subject matter expertise and interpret relevant legislation, providing analysis, insights and guidance on their implications for ROD operations, and contribute to the development of processes that support compliance and mitigate risk.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. They will also possess strong analytical and technical skills, with the ability to interpret complex information and make sound judgments.
