A key role in partnering with the business to identify and support efficiency and improvement initiatives, driving cost and capital efficiency across the company.

About the Opportunity

An opportunity has arisen for a Business Analyst to join our Golden Grove operation in Western Australia. In this role, you will report to the Commercial Manager and work on a 4:3 roster. Your focus will be on supporting cost and capital reporting, driving variance analysis, and partnering with the business to improve efficiency.

Your Primary Responsibilities Will Include
  • Development of financial plans and forecasts
  • Maintenance and development of internal and external financial reporting, including variance analysis
  • Support month-end activities such as accruals, cost allocations, and inventory adjustments
  • Manage the full financial life-cycle, from proposals to project close-out and depreciation
  • Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements

You will partner with departments to detail, document and report on business efficiency and improvement initiatives, and enhance processes using the group ERP system.

About You

We are looking for a hands-on professional with strong skills in budgeting, financial reporting, compliance, and process improvement who can drive cost and capital efficiency across the business.

Key Skills, Experience, And Qualifications include:

  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Finance or Accounting
  • Proven experience in financial planning, reporting, and variance analysis
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards and regulatory compliance
  • Proficiency with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills
