As a senior environmental leader, you'll take the reins of our Environmental Services business in Queensland, guiding a team of passionate experts tackling complex challenges across ecology, environmental approvals, impact and risk assessments, and environmental management.

About the Role:
  • You will drive strategic growth, safety, people, client service, and operational excellence within one of Australia's most innovative environment businesses.
  • Develop and implement business strategy and revenue growth plans for the Queensland business to achieve organisational goals and agreed outcomes.
  • Lead project delivery and team performance, ensuring excellence in resourcing, utilisation, and margin management.

To succeed, you'll need 15 years of senior-level experience in environmental services, proven leadership skills, strong commercial acumen, and exceptional client relationship and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Winning work and achieving net revenue and backlog targets, with support from leaders and staff.
  2. Fostering collaboration across Business Centres with a focus on cross-selling nationally to consistently win new work with clients.
  3. Championing a high-performance culture focused on talent, productivity, and financial performance.
