About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Officer. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving their issues, and ensuring their overall experience with Busways is positive and seamless.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer feedback and respond to complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Investigate complaints internally to ensure a resolution is achieved
  • Keep detailed records in company systems
  • Close the loop with the customer to ensure their issue is resolved
  • Monitor and respond to our Cooee Busways on-demand transport service via SMS and in-app messaging
  • Monitor and respond to our Cooee Busways drivers through a two-way communication system
  • Liaise with our Operations Control Centre for on-road incidents, accidents, and breakdowns for our Cooee Busways On-Demand service
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; customer service experience preferred
  • NSW driver's license required
  • Permanent Resident or Australian Citizen required
