About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Officer. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving their issues, and ensuring their overall experience with Busways is seamless.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer feedback and respond to complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Investigate complaints internally to ensure a resolution is achieved and the customer is satisfied
  • Keep detailed records in our company systems to track customer interactions and issues
  • Close the loop with the customer to ensure their issue is resolved and they are satisfied with the outcome
  • Monitor and respond to our Cooee Busways on-demand transport service via SMS and in-app messaging
  • Monitor and respond to our Cooee Busways drivers through a two-way communication system
  • Liaise with our Operations Control Centre for on-road incidents, accidents, and breakdowns for our Cooee Busways On-Demand service
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to write well and communicate effectively with customers
  • Polite, understanding, patient, and able to calm troubled waters
  • Positive and love working with people
  • Accurate and have high attention to detail
  • Whizz at organisation to prioritise your day and self-manage your time
  • Reliable, consistent, adaptable, and take pride in your contribution
  • Great with MS Office and other technology
  • Quick learner, who learns from mistakes and seeks to do better every day
  • National driver's licence
  • Permanent Resident or Australian Citizen
