Mechanic - Wyong

We are seeking a skilled Mechanic to join our team at Busways. As a Mechanic, you will be responsible for diagnosing, inspecting, reconditioning, repairing, and assembling our fleet of vehicles, ensuring safety, quality, and Busways standards are met.

• Diagnose and repair complex mechanical issues with our fleet of vehicles
• Maintain all company vehicles and assets in accordance with Manufacturer's guidelines
• Ensure all maintenance work is performed according to company procedures
• Attend breakdowns and carry out any field-related mechanical repairs
• Effectively communicate any safety or maintenance issues
• Adhere to all Work, Health & Safety requirements while performing work duties
• Maintain clean workshop practices

• Relevant trade qualifications (MVTC) essential
• Experience in the service and maintenance of vehicles, with a focus on heavy vehicles
• Sound level of verbal and written communication
• Experience in working in a team environment on daily maintenance and repair schedules
• Proactive approach with a drive to continuously improve and adapt to a dynamic and growing team
