About The Opportunity
As Sales Manager, your core focus will be the development and management of external sales and customers. You'll maximize return on investment through coaching and cultivating a climate where employees want to perform at their best.
You'll lead a team of sales representatives and internal support team members to foster a team culture and ensure they meet sales objectives.
In addition, you will:
- manage sales administration functions
- develop and implement successful sales strategies
- create and manage sales forecasts
- report operational performance
- manage financial reports
- drive Salesforce CRM effectiveness
- deploy improved sales processes and disciplines
- study customer behaviors and trends
- plan and execute workforce planning to recruit, onboard, and train high-performing sales representatives
About You
A naturally motivated leader with experience developing and implementing successful sales strategies. You'll thrive in a rapidly changing environment, leading a team of self-reliant sales representatives.
You will have:
- experience managing geographically spread-out teams
- proficient experience with technology and CRM systems
- strong business acumen
- ability to produce accurate reporting and evaluation
- experience within the building sales industry
