About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to join our Customer Lifecycle Management team as a 9-month fixed-term full-time opportunity. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating an Enterprise Loyalty Strategy and Roadmap with key stakeholders that delivers high-quality omnichannel loyalty offers and experiences and improves business metrics.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive Enterprise Loyalty Strategy and Roadmap that aligns with business objectives and drives customer engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Customer, Digital, and Technology, to manage dependencies and risk.
- Define and prioritize the squad backlog, ensuring alignment with business strategies and product roadmaps.
- Lead the end-to-end execution of initiatives, from discovery to delivery, and communicate progress to stakeholders.
- Work closely with other Product Managers and business stakeholders to resolve issues and obtain necessary approvals.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience as a Product Manager with a strong track record of delivering measurable results through loyalty programs and innovative omnichannel marketing campaigns.
- Strong expertise in loyalty program strategy, roadmaps, and program delivery.
- Deep understanding of the digital ecosystem, agile methodologies, and loyalty tactics.
- Exceptional people management, collaboration, and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and make the complex simple.
