About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Product Designer to join our Customer Engagement and Loyalty team at Coles Group. As a Product Designer, you will play a key role in creating end-to-end experiences that ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable Design Systems supporting various e-commerce Product Teams.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Product Management, and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive and efficient design processes.
- Create and maintain UI parts, rules, and documentation to ensure a cohesive customer experience across multiple channels.
Requirements
- Working knowledge of digital ecosystem, software development lifecycle, development methodologies (including Agile), A/B testing and optimisation techniques, enterprise architecture principles, web usability and accessibility, online content strategy, and user experience (UX) design.
- Understanding of digital accessibility (WCAG 2.1/2.2) and the implications for design and ability to include high-level accessibility requirements in final designs.
- A portfolio demonstrating a range of artefacts developed in the process of creating compelling services.
