About the Role
We're seeking a talented Product Designer to join our Customer Engagement and Loyalty team at Coles Group. As a Product Designer, you'll be responsible for overseeing end-to-end experiences to ensure consistency across all touchpoints. You'll lead both qualitative and quantitative research, facilitate design thinking sessions, and test future experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable Design Systems supporting various e-commerce Product Teams.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Product Management, and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive and efficient design processes.
- Create and maintain UI parts, rules, and documentation to ensure a cohesive customer experience across multiple channels.
About You
- Strong working knowledge of digital ecosystem, software development lifecycle, development methodologies (including Agile), enterprise architecture principles, web usability, and accessibility.
- Experience working with retail/e-comm or large complex organisations and projects is highly desirable.
- Portfolio demonstrating a range of artefacts developed in the process of creating compelling services.
