We're seeking a highly skilled Product Designer to join our Customer Engagement and Loyalty team at Coles Group. As a Product Designer, you'll play a key role in shaping the customer experience across our digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable Design Systems supporting various e-commerce Product Teams.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Product Management and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive and efficient design processes.
- Create and maintain UI parts, rules and documentation to ensure we deliver a cohesive customer experience across multiple channels.
About You
- Strong working knowledge of digital ecosystem, software development lifecycle, development methodologies (including Agile), enterprise architecture principles, web usability and accessibility, online content strategy, and user experience (UX) design.
- Experience working with a broad set of metric driven design methodologies including Click Through Rate.
- Understanding of digital accessibility (WCAG 2.1/2.2) and the implications for design.
